Qualtex sends items Australia wide using:

Australia Post Standard Parcel Service Usually 1-3 days but allow up to 6 days, depending on your location.
Australia Post Express Service Extra charge for this service, Aust Post Express Network, depends on your location.
Fastway Couriers Next day service, Brisbane and Sydney Metropolitan, depends on your location.
Startrack Freight Road Service For larger items, bulk orders, allow up to 6 days, depending on your location.


Pick-up from Murarrie, Brisbane is available for Trade customers only. Retail, please choose Free delivery option when submitting your orders for Brisbane Metro deliveries.

Australia Post estimate the date of delivery from QLD to WA is 7 business days, however they also suggest you allow another 3 business days in case of unforeseen delays.

Express Post parcels to Western Australia and Tasmania can take 2-3 days. Perth and Hobart are still overnight express post. Please double check postage times with the official calculator linked below.

We cannot investigate late deliveries until after 10 business days.

Online Retail Orders are usually sent Australia Post Parcel Service, however as Australia is a large country to freight items around, the freight service and charge can vary depending on your location and the size of your item. Most items we send are covered by these delivery charges:

Qualtex does send items International using Australia Post, please contact us for a quote.

Where your item is large or your location is remote, we will email you with the best delivery options and cost for you to decide.

Sometimes items will become out of stock, due to previous sales or supplier delays. If this happens we will email you with the expected delivery of your item back into our stock, for you to decide about your order. From time to time, alternative parts to that specified, but of equal quality, may be substituted in unforseen circumstances.

We do have some items marked "Special Order" which, due to the nature of the product, is not held in stock, but is bought in specially to fill the order. We will email you the price and details of the expected delivery of your item into our stock.Payment will be taken for items we specially buy in, prior to ordering on our supplier, and a 20% restocking fee applies if you cancel the order.

International Orders can not be returned.

Our Freight partners are very reliable, and have been delivering items for us for over 30 years, usually the next day or the day after, depending on your location. However, items do go astray from time to time, especially during busy peak times, or very rarely, just for no apparent reason. We use tracking on our parcels, and with our freight partners we can usually track your parcel quickly. Please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that Qualtex takes every step to deliver your item in a timely manner, however Qualtex can not be held responsible for any delays, and/or any expenses incurred for any delays or any consequential loss.
